“ Outdoor permanent food truck. Very clean and the weather was perfect to sit outside under the attached shelter at the provided tables. Service was quick and polite. Food was on POINT! If you are looking for authentic Mexican cuisine I highly recommend visiting Taqueria Mexico! ”
“ Amazing, friendly people! Amazing, delicious food! My boyfriend a few months ago said he wanted Mexican food but something a little more authentic then just what the restaurants have because he was missing his family in Mexico. So, I found this place and suggested it! We tried it and months later, still come here about every two to three weeks because it’s that good! I’ve had almost everything on the menu and it’s really opened my tastebuds. I tried and liked things that I never thought I would!! I especially love the churros, they are super tasty! Definitely recommend! You will not be disappointed!! ”
“ I had the most amazing shrimp tacos—truly the best I've ever tasted! The service was exceptional, making the experience even more memorable. I genuinely appreciated the care and attention they put into making our meal special. ”
“ I eat here probably once a week and it's always amazing! I don't think there is a better shrimp taco in WNC. The food is always hot and ready fast. I've tried some of the other trucks in the area but this one is my favorite by far. ”
“ 2 shrimp tacos 1 steak, 9 bucks and its great ,its the best food for the price ive ever eaten, i eat here 3 times a week ”
“ Was considering changing the hotel I stay at on business trips to the area, but after discovering this place close by, I’ll never stay anywhere else. Can’t wait to come back to town just to eat here. Fast service, great prices, and authentic food. The alambre was a ridiculous amount of food for the price. 11 for 7 full tacos. Cannot be beat. Better than a lot of street food I’ve had IN Mexico. What a gem. ”
“ Great little spot for authentic Mexican/ Hispanic food cooked fresh while you wait. It takes about 5-7 minutes. Menu items are clearly posted and described with pictures and in English. They'll cook and prepare it exactly as you order it, with it without whatever toppings/ fillings you prefer. There is a lot of variety. Tortillas are handmade. You'll need to ask for sour cream if you like that. Be specific about the kind of taco sauce you want. Mild is made with green chiles but still has a bit of punch. The ladies working the window are very friendly and helpful. The one who took my order was bilingual and her English was as great as her Spanish. There are small tables and a couple of picnic tables where you can eat or wait in the shade or sun. Parking is directly next to the ordering area. When I went, their NC sanitation grade was A: 95, and I believe it. Very clean! Food is well-packaged for carry home. Don't sleep on the shrimp tacos. Yes, the shrimp are deveined. Delicious. I wasn't super impressed with the fish taco, but that's just me. Churros were a tasty, sweet end to the meal. It's slightly out of the way but definitely worth the trip. ”
“ Never knew this place was here. Small, permanent, food truck with a nice covered patio. Had a wrap, beef, very good, and will definitely come back. There were 7 of us and everyone enjoyed what they ordered. Service is outstanding. ”
